GALA 2002

The AGBU-Young Professionals of Northern California held its third annual Winter Gala on February 2, 2002, in the Regency Grand Ballroom in San Francisco. This black-tie optional charity event raised $2000 to benefit the AGBU Children’s Fund in Armenia. The evening included a cocktail hour, dinner, open bar, live music, DJ skills of King Raffi, and dancing.

The Winter Gala 2002 Weekend began with Friday’s “mix and mingle” at the Gordon Biersch Brewery, where the entire top floor of this popular Embarcadero location was secured for the group. The Weekend events continued after Saturday's Winter Gala with a “Super Sunday Super Bowl Party” in a private lounge at the Fisherman’s Wharf Hyatt Hotel.
